Levelling Karkand
I used the mouse for a variety of games and also day-to-day usage.
The mouse performs well at 400, 800 and my preferred 1600 CPI, but I sadly found at 3200 the sensor did not handle very well. it was jumpy and not very smooth. With most people using DPI/CPI lower than that I wouldn’t say it was much of a problem, but I did feel the need to point out my findings.
At 1600 and below the mouse works very well. It’s smooth, accurate, has great response time and was a joy to use in first person shooters like Battlefield 3 and Counter strike: Source (as my chief Davetheshrew found out when I shot his heli out of the sky with a tank shell :3) and RTS games like Shogun:2 and Star Craft:2.
The mouse glides also deserve a mention as being some of the best I’ve used that work equally well on both soft material surfaces and hard surfaces too.
