Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO Review

Hello and welcome to the Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO cpu cooler review here at Rigmods. We heard good things about the hyper 212 series so thought we would get one in to test for you guys. This cooler came in at £26.99 so fits into the value categorie. For those of you that dont know Cooler Master heres a short description of their company direct from their website.

Here’s a pic of the Box, it’s well packaged with all mounting bits in a seperate box inside. All technical specification is on the box also which I like to see.


Here you find the mounting hardware, it’s a lot of small bits so dont be near a fridge! Yeah a washer conveniently rolled under mine when I opened the bag. Nice to find a sturdy backplate in the package and nicer still a free tube of thermal paste, there’s enough in there for about 5 applications so nice bonus!


Here is a picture of the cooler itself, its not a very large cooler so will fit in small cases without a problem. This cooler comes with a couple of brackets for another fan to be fitted for a push/pull configuration which is a really good thing. The fan is of a good quality also, was’nt too loud during the test but louder than some other coolers we tested this week.
